Two-Year Anniversary Message

More than a feast for a special day,
it's the miso soup of today that brings happiness,
a warm and comforting presence.
Like particles of light,
they sparkle and dance,
sometimes dazzling, always precious.

Cats.

If I were to put my feelings for you into words,
"Thank you"
would be the only thing.

Thank you for being born.
Thank you for your beautiful presence.
Thank you for meeting us.
Thank you for your free-spirited selves,
for associating with humans like us.
And always,
thank you for teaching us how to live.

Life with cats is quiet and peaceful.
But it is also a grand story of life.
We cannot help but pay tribute
to the people and cats who live that story.

That is the origin and
driving force behind our craftsmanship.

Thanks to you, on February 22nd, Cat Day,
we at Onddoka were able to celebrate our 2nd anniversary.

A little over two years ago, I encountered the word "Onddoka" in a certain used bookstore.
We borrowed that word and
decided to open a small daily goods store for cats.

Two years have passed since then, and we continue to
be inspired by cats,
and keep creating.

That we can continue to run this small but enjoyable brand
is thanks to our many customers, everyone involved in our production,
and our staff who always support us.
We truly feel this way.

We hope to continue to
create products full of cat love,
unchanged from now on.
