We recommend cleaning it once or twice every two weeks, when you do your regular cleaning.

① Apply a cloth or sponge soaked in shampoo diluted with water to the stain and dab clean.
② Then, remove the shampoo residue with a wet towel.

If the fur starts to flatten

① Similar to fixing bedhead, dampen the fur with a wet towel or spray bottle, then use your hand or a special brush to raise the flattened fur.
