A cat-sized blanket that can be placed in a cat bed or used for warmth, is now available in a larger "quarter size".

It expands the range of uses, such as for large breeds, medium-sized dogs, and multi-cat households.
It can also be used as a lap blanket, so we recommend using it with your beloved cat.

In winter, cats live in the lower part of the room where cold air tends to accumulate.
Wool has the effect of blocking the biting cold from the floor.

The main body is made of 100% Japanese wool.
The fluffy pile traps air, making it light and warm, and doesn't burden cats.

The piping is made of 100% high-density cotton broadcloth, designed to prevent threads from coming loose even if chewed, reducing the risk of accidental ingestion. It is thin, pliable, and has gently finished corners, so it gently conforms to the cat's body.

About the material

Wool has high insulation properties, and effectively blocks the cold air from the floor.
In addition, wool has other features that are beneficial for cats:
・The "lanolin" component covering the surface repels dirt.
・The wool itself breathes, so it is highly breathable.
・Wool absorbs moisture up to 30% humidity.

Cats' activity zone is colder than humans' perceived temperature.

Cats' activity range is the lower part of the room. This is a zone where cold air accumulates.
In other words, cats live in an area that is colder than the perceived temperature of humans in the upper part of the room.

If you are concerned about the coldness of the room, place the Cat ket in the lower part of the room where cold air tends to accumulate. It has the effect of blocking the cold from the floor.

Washing method

Dry cleaning is best for prolonging the life of wool, but if home washing is necessary due to accidents or other reasons, hand washing is recommended.
Please refer to the following steps:

1. Fill a washbasin or similar with water below 30°C and dissolve a neutral detergent suitable for dry-clean-only items to create a detergent solution. Avoid hot water as it can cause shrinkage.
2. Slowly submerge the soiled area in the detergent solution and gently press wash without rubbing.
3. After washing, remove excess water with a dry towel and lay flat to dry in the shade. To prevent distortion and friction, avoid hanging it on a hanger.
4. If you are concerned about wrinkles, lightly steam with an iron to smooth them out.

*If using the delicate cycle of a washing machine, use a laundry net and avoid tumble drying.
