About the product
A drawback of fabric collars is that cats, who prefer narrow spaces, may bump into walls while walking, causing the collar to lose its shape. However, the "Cat's Soft Elizabethan Collar" is designed to be resistant to losing its shape by using two types of core materials, inspired by the design of a bra cup.
The strap around the neck that touches the skin does not use any core material, making it soft to prevent hair loss.
The main body uses traditional Indian hand-block printed fabric. The prints, hand-dyed with vegetable dyes, each have a unique look and a warm texture.
How to put on the Cat's Soft Elizabethan Collar
Widen the adjustment adjuster to its maximum extent, unbutton it, and put it on from over the head.
After adjustment, tuck the cord inside so it doesn't get in the way.
When using it as a collar, if you flip it over while the cat is wearing it when eating or drinking, you can prevent it from getting dirty.
For adjusting the adjuster:
・If preventing the collar from coming off is important for post-operative or disease care, adjust the adjuster with enough room for 1-2 fingers.
・If using it as a cape for cold protection, we recommend a looser fit.
・For long-term use, frequently insert your fingers into the neck area to check the size.Kittens' neck sizes change daily, andadult cats' fur volume changes with the seasons. Incorporating this into daily grooming will provide peace of mind.
・If there are small children or family members with allergies, it can also be used to reduce fur flying around during shedding season.
Washing instructions
Can be washed at home.
Hand wash (gently press wash) in water at around 30℃ to prevent it from losing its shape and extend its lifespan. If using a washing machine, use a delicate cycle or hand-wash cycle and place it in a net.
Do not tumble dry.
When drying, reshape it thoroughly and dry it in the shade in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, ensuring it is completely dry inside.
Since hand-dyed cotton is used, color fading may occur. Please be careful when washing with other clothes.
