"Vintage Kantha Quilt Cat Bed"
Onddoka's classic fabric bed that can be used all year round.
The fabric was once again provided by mikodeux of Vintage Kanta.
We were provided with an extremely beautiful kantha quilt.
The "Blue pattern" is an attractive pattern with small yellow and gray flowers spreading joyfully across a pale blue background. The white stitching adds a touch of cuteness.
The cushioned area surrounds the mattress and can be used as a pillow or to rest your chin.
This is a spacious reversible bed that is slightly larger than a standard fabric bed.
Onddoka values simple, high-quality manufacturing.
■Material: (front) 100% cotton, (back) 75% cotton, 25% linen, (filling) 100% polyester
■Size: Approx. 62cm x 47cm
■ Country of origin: Japan (Osaka Prefecture)
■Notes: Do not wash. If you are concerned about stains, wipe them off with a damp cloth that has been wrung out thoroughly. Vintage Kantha quilts may show signs of wear and tear, fraying, and dirt, but we hope you will understand that this is also part of the fabric's unique character.
Please be aware of the characteristics of vintage items before making your purchase.

Kantha quilt, a traditional Indian sashiko embroidered fabric
"Kantha quilt" is a type of sashiko embroidered fabric that has been passed down in India since ancient times.
Kantha quilts are made by layering many pieces of old cloth and hand-embroidering them stitch by stitch. They are not only appealing because of the rich expression of the various colored threads and old cloth, but also because they are durable and pleasant to the touch, making them ideal for everyday use.
Kantha quilts are lovingly sewn by Indian women with the hope of bringing health and happiness to their families. They were born out of the custom of cherishing old things and have been passed down from generation to generation.
