These cat collars are carefully handcrafted one by one.

The wonderfully fruity print, colored with a fresh color palette, is a piece hand-drawn in 1960 by Colleen Far, who established Liberty's first in-house design studio in the early 1950s. The scattered juicy cherries express the essence of summer.

About the product

Our "cat-friendly cotton collars" are designed with your cat's comfort in mind, using carefully selected materials that are breathable and soft to the touch to minimize stress. The belt portion that touches the skin is designed to be soft to prevent hair loss, and the decorations are kept to a minimum.

The buckle is a Duraflex safety adjuster that safely releases when strong force is applied. (If a cat, which prefers narrow spaces, gets its collar caught on something, there is a risk of suffocation if it panics.)

How to put on a ruffle collar

We recommend fitting the ruffle collar loosely. Adjust the size with the inner adjuster, then fasten the buckle and extend the ruffled fabric to cover it. For young, active cats or those who strongly dislike collars, wearing it too loosely can lead to accidents. In such cases, fit it so that 1-2 fingers can slide underneath. Periodically check the fit by sliding your fingers under the collar. The neck size of kittens changes daily, and the volume of adult cats' fur also changes with the seasons. Incorporating this into your daily routine will provide peace of mind.

Collar handling

This is an indoor collar with a safety buckle that releases safely when strong force is applied. Because it is lightweight and soft, it cannot be used for walks or tethering. Claws may get caught in the collar. This is also a sign that your cat's claws are long, so please trim them.

A collar that protects your cat in an emergency

Collars serve as an identifier for pet cats and are useful in cases of getting lost, escaping, or disasters. Taking pictures is also recommended as it makes them easier to find.
