We made a bib-style collar so that the collar stays easy to see even on long-haired cats.
The bib collar has a generous maximum size so that it can be worn even by large, long-haired breeds.
Of course, it can also be used by medium-sized cats with short or medium-length fur.

The main fabric is “Paisley scarf,” a paisley pattern with a classic, scarf-like feel.

About the product

The "Cat-friendly Bib Collar" is made from carefully selected materials that are breathable and pleasant to the touch, and is designed with care so that it causes no stress for cats. The part that touches the skin is soft so as not to cause hair loss, and decorations are kept minimal.

The belt, made from the same fabric, is separate from the main body, so the size can be adjusted. The bib part can also be washed on its own.

The buckle releases safely when strong force is applied: it uses a safety adjuster made by Duraflex. (※If a cat, which likes narrow spaces, gets its collar caught on something, it may panic, which carries a risk of suffocation.)

How to put on the bib collar

We recommend fitting the bib collar loosely and on the roomy side. Adjust the size with the adjuster inside, fasten the buckle, and then spread the bib fabric out so that it drapes over. (Small cats can wear it too, but the bib fabric may gather.)
For young and active cats, or cats that dislike wearing collars, wearing a collar that is too loose can lead to accidents. In that case, make sure the collar fits snugly, so that there is room for one or two fingers.

Please check the fit frequently by slipping your fingers under the collar. Even in adult cats, fur volume changes with the seasons, so making this part of your daily bonding time gives peace of mind.

Care of the collar

This is an indoor collar with a safety buckle that releases safely when strong force is applied. Because it is lightweight and soft, it cannot be used for walks or tethering. Claws may get caught on the collar. This is also a sign that the claws have grown long, so please trim them.
